The Three Leys Community Trust (TLC Trust) is being created to look after and support the new community at the former Wisley Airfield.

This new place will bring together three distinctive neighbourhoods – each with its own character, identity, and spirit – connected by green spaces, walking routes, and a shared sense of belonging. Surrounded by nature and linked to neighbouring villages and hamlets, it will celebrate both the new and the historic character of the area.

The TLC Trust will own and care for the Country Park, open spaces, play areas, and community facilities, ensuring they remain welcoming, high quality, and well-loved by everyone. We’ll also help the community to flourish by creating opportunities to learn, work, play, and connect – supporting a sustainable way of life rooted in togetherness and pride of place.
